Annual Report Theme
Once you login to the micro-site, you will land to the home page which illustrates the themeof our 13th Integrated Annual Report, known as “A Mosaic of Strength”. By reading the AnnualReport theme content, you will get to know better what we showcase through our 2024/25 Annual Report.
Annual report 2024/25
The annual report of LB Finance for 2024/25 have been presented under this section in five formats.
Interactive PDF Version
The PDF serves as the primary format for presenting the Annual Report. It can be downloaded and viewed using any standard PDF reader and includes navigation icons for easy reference and seamless browsing.
HTML version
We have simplified and revamped our HTML version for better user experience. By clicking the HTML version button, you will be directed to the web-based Annual Report, organised into seven key sections. Each section features selected highlights presented as clickable lion paw icons. Full content for each section is also available for download in PDF format.
Flip book
This is another e-version of the annual report which you can flip from one page to the next, both forward and backward. It gives you the feeling of reading a traditional book, but in digital format.

Messages from the Chairman and the Managing Director
The Chairman’s remarks and the Managing Director’s review can be listened by playing thetrilingual audio versions available. Moreover, you can download the PDF versions ofrespective messages in English, Sinhala and Tamil languages.
Integrated Dashboard
This is probably the best local annual report dashboard which you could ever experience. Our integrated dashboard consists of a financial and non-financial dashboard to meet your information requirements in a graphical format.
Financial dashboard
The financial dashboard provides you with the financial information of LB Finance for 10 years from 2016 (2015/16) to 2025 (2024/25). There are 34 ratios you could graphically illustrate, and they come under 5 ratio categories namely operating results, financial position, investor information, statutory ratios and growth. What you simply should do is select the ratio category that you want, and then select the items (ratios), period(s) and available chart type(s) from the canvas. Placing the cursor on the chart legends will give you a brief explanation of the ratios illustrated.
Non-financial dashboard
The non-financial dashboard provides you with the non-financial information of LB Finance for 5 years from 2021 (2020/21) to 2025 (2024/25). There are 36 measures you could graphically illustrate, and they come under 8 measurement categories namely economic wellbeing, social wellbeing, environment and landscape, business sophistication, infrastructure and quality of services, employee wellbeing, reputation and customers. What you simply should do is select the measurement category that you want, and then select the items (measurements), period(s) and available chart type(s) from the canvas.
Please note that under both above dashboards, you can illustrate a maximum of 6 canvases at a time.
Sustainability
The sustainability section of the micro-site provides you with key aspects of the Company’s sustainability reporting framework and practices.
It starts off with the Board Sustainability Committee Chairperson’s message and Sustainability Management Committee Chairman’s message. You can listen to these by playing the trilingual audio versions available. Moreover, you can download the PDF versions of these messages in English, Sinhala and Tamil languages.
Following this, you can study the sustainability strategy, and ESG governance framework of the Company.
The sustainability reporting frameworks LB Finance adopted in 2024/25 are also available in this section. From the drop down, you can select a sustainability reporting framework which you prefer and explore how it has been applied in the Company. We have applied 6 globally recognised sustainability reporting frameworks during the financial year.
Finally, you can view and download independent assurance reports that the Company obtained in relation to sustainability reporting frameworks and greenhouse gas emissions.
Stakeholders
The stakeholder section of the micro-site shares some of our stakeholders’ experiences andtheir perception of the Company. You can play the videos uploaded to this section under 6stakeholder groups namely customers, employees, business partners, society, shareholdersand regulators.
Our Impact
Being a responsible corporate citizen, LB Finance has been conducting plenty of CSR activitiesover the past decades. Our impact page has recognised a glimpse of what the Company didin terms of CSR in 2024/25 under 6 pillars namely community well-being, employee well-being, education for development, build partnerships, transformative CSR, and protecting environment. By scrolling down, you can see the projects which were conducted, the number ofbeneficiaries associated, and employee hours utilised for each of these projects under this section.
Connect
The connect section primarily links you with the LB Sustainability Facebook page from which you could get sustainability and Annual Report related information. This part of the connect section gets updated simultaneously with the information fed to the LB sustainability Facebook page. In addition, the connect section provides contact us details of LB Finance for you to make annual report and sustainability related inquiries.
Smart AI Chatbot
We have introduced a smart AI chatbot accompanied by our LB mascot that has state-of-the-art features compared to a usual AI chatbot. Our AI chatbot can recognise human voice sothat you can even speak up your information requests to the mic in addition to typing themin the provided chat area. You will get the responses in text format to which you can alsolisten by clicking on the “Read me” option given. There are two areas available in the smart AI chatbot, namely the chart area and info area. Inthe chart area, you can request Annual Report related charts which you prefer to be depictedso that they will be drawn for you instantly. Conversely, in the info area, you can make anyother Annual Report related information request that do not involve charts.

The speaker on top right-hand corner of the micro-site can be used to mute and unmute the background lion melody.

The primary contents of our micro-site have been provided in English, Sinhala and Tamillanguages to reach out any local audience. Simply you should select the preferred languagefrom the language preference available on top right-hand corner.
